Drama Trip to the Pop-Up Globe Theatre March 2016
78 Drama learners attended the Pop-Up Globe performance of Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night”. It was a unique, fascinating and entertaining experience to be part of an authentic performance at the Globe. Shakespearean performers, noisy groundlings, comedic actors including males playing female roles, all added to the experience of this mistaken identity, love triangle comedy! All of us are performing a Shakespeare Theatre Standard in our curriculum and will be sharing these in Term 2 in the form of “A Night at the Globe” in our own Auditorium.
