Toptal Scholarships for Women

Toptal will award five scholarships to aspiring female leaders in five global regions: Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Oceania. Each winner will receive (US)$10,000 and a year of weekly one-on-one mentoring by a Toptal expert.

Winter Sports Company are currently recruiting interns for the 2019/20 season.

A ski or snowboard internship trains students to be a level 1 instructor and then have a guaranteed job as an instructor for the winter. Internships run in Canada and New Zealand and we advise applying for an internship 1 year in advance to allow time to get a working holiday visa.

University Scholarships for Year 13 Students
MoneyHub, a consumer finance website, has published a guide to hundreds of scholarships for any student planning to start university in 2019. The comprehensive list includes scholarships offered by every university as well as those specifically available to local students. A list of privately-funded, Maori, Pacific and International university scholarships completes the list. Applications close throughout the year, with tens of millions of dollars available. NZQA Scholarships are gained through examinations at Level 4.
The monetary value varies according to the results a student achieves.

Scholarship deadlines will be advertised through the school notices and through the Careers Newsletter. Students need to be vigilant and express their interest through the careers centre.

Furthermore each university has scholarships on offer and students need to refer to the individual websites for details.

Note: Most universities award scholarships for academic achievement based on a student’s Year 12 results.
