Learner Support Teacher
A full-time, registered teacher is wanted to fill this permanent position from 2022. The role can be negotiable to account for the strengths of the successful candidate, but may involve some support of ORS learners, other learners with learning/behavioural needs and supporting teachers with differentiating learning. This teacher may provide support to the Special Needs Co-ordinator (SenCo). Some teaching will be required, along with some 1:1 work with learners/teachers and possible liaison with external agencies.

1 x part-time (0.6 – 3 days per week equivalent)
1 x Youth Hauora Programme Facilitator (0.2 -1 day per week equivalent)

A qualified teacher is preferred for positions 1-3 above, however non-teachers may be considered.
