School Term Dates 2012

2012 Start Dates

Wednesday 1 February all Year 7, 8, 11, 12 and 13 learners commence

Year 7 learners assemble at the Auditorium

Year 8 learners proceed to tutor class

Year 11 – 13 learners see notice board outside Learner Accounts and proceed accordingly 

Thursday 2 February Year 9 & 10 commence

Year 9 & 10 learners see notice board outside Learner Accounts and proceed accordingly 

All other year levels proceed to first class for Day 2

2012 Course confirmation dates Years 12-13 (ICT Suite)

Year 12 and 13 learners are required to attend course confirmation on either Wednesday 25 January or Thursday 26 January. This year it is important that learners respect the time slots that are based on the first letter of the learner’s surname. This will ensure that there are manageable queues and ensure that the process is as efficient as it can be for all learners. It is not compulsory for learners to attend if their timetable is complete (these have been posted out). Subject fees and other compulsory fees can be paid at this time.

Learners with surnames:

Beginning with A – F                         Wednesday 25 between 10.00am – 12.00pm

Beginning with G – M                        Wednesday 25 between 12.00pm – 2.00pm

Beginning with N – S                         Thursday 26     between 10.00am – 12.00pm

Beginning with T – Z                          Thursday 26     between 12.00pm – 2.00pm

All learners who have NCEA results should bring a copy of these.
