She has been a member of staff since the opening of Whangaparaoa College. Leader of the winning Yellow House in the first year then appointed to Year 8 Curriculum Leader, a position she has held for the last two years. Responsibilities – Curriculum planning and assessment, liaising with Heads of Learning, Leadership of the Year 8 Team.
Sue is passionate about teaching learning behaviours and thinking skills as she believes they can make a huge difference to a child’s learning.
Sue lives with her husband and three children on the North Shore.
